This maca matcha latte has recently become my biggest motivator to get out of bed in the morningπ.
I had to give up caffeine completely for a few years. Even though I’d been a coffee drinker since I was 15 or so, coffee started making me feel bad: anxious, jittery, racing heart. I was trying to heal my adrenal glands, so I gave up caffeine completely.
