This maca matcha latte has recently become my biggest motivator to get out of bed in the morning😜. 

I had to give up caffeine completely for a few years. Even though I’d been a coffee drinker since I was 15 or so, coffee started making me feel bad: anxious, jittery, racing heart. I was trying to heal my adrenal glands, so I gave up caffeine completely. 

Fast forward a few years to now and I’ve done a lot to heal my adrenals, so I wanted to try adding some green tea back into my life for its health benefits. Then, I discovered matcha, and immediately fell in love.  Continue reading
