I always used to roast Brussel sprouts in the oven. Last Thanksgiving, we quickly ran out of oven space and my little Brussels got the boot. Determined to have them make it to the table, I threw on an extra sweater and headed for the grill. They turned out amazing, the star of the Thanksgiving show, for sure. One time in college I tried canned asparagus. That was not a good experience. Poor asparagus- they never wanted to go in that can anyway. I’ve since figured out how to honor their deliciousness. This is hardly a recipe, just a method that works great with any vegetable you might have waiting patiently to be used up!
