Last year I got an Instant Pot (an electronic pressure cooker) for the sole purpose of cutting the cooking time down when I was making gut healthy bone broth.
It’s absolutely amazing for that! Broth that used to take 12 hours or more in the slow cooker can be made in 3-4 hours in the Instant Pot!

[I made this tasty Soft Boiled Egg and Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl for Pete and Gerryβs Organic Eggs!]
A lot of times people stuff smoked salmon between two bagel slices. No judgment if thatβs your thing, but I really feel like all that bagel covers up the deliciousness of the salmon.
I like to keep my smoked salmon out there in the open, in beautiful breakfast bowl form. Hereβs my rundown:
Step 1: Nestle smoked salmon onto to some crispy fried potatoes covered in everything-but-the-bagel spice mix π
Step 2: Layer on some greens, tomatoes, and creamy avocado slices π₯
